HUDCO initiated a Valuation & Estate Management cell for valuation of its own properties as well as for other Govt. agencies. With close to 20 years of experience, HUDCO’s Central Valuation Unit is fully equipped and has the requisite expertise to carry out valuation exercise of all types and across states in India. HUDCO has successfully completed valuation of properties worth Rs 10539 millions.

Estate Management Services

HUDCO has got a dedicated department for management of HUDCO owned residential as well as commercial properties all over India. HUDCO has also marketed its properties and is generating revenues by renting out surplus properties/ built-up space located all over India (viz. August Kranti Bhawan New Delhi, Mumbai, CMDA Tower Chennai, Jammu, Ahmedabad, Trivandrum, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal etc.). Having vast experience in the field of marketing and managing the properties HUDCO intends to offer its services to other organizations for effective monetization of non-moveable assets viz. commercial offices & residential premises.
