1. Closure of CLSS for EWS/LIG and MIG

      2. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) - PMAY(U) – Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) for MIG was operational from 01-01-2017 to 31-03-2021. Similarly Scheme for EWS/LIG was operational from 15-06-2015 to 31-03-2022. Since both these schemes are closed by Central Government, no further subsidy released/ processing is possible for the claims received/ pending/ rejected/ queried cases.
