1.	Delay in Payment of Dues (Principal/ Interest/ Fees/ Commission etc.)	3.00% p.a.
2.	In case borrower/ project is downgraded to Stage - 2 category as per Ind-AS, risk charge will be charged from the date of downgrading of account till it is upgraded	0.25% p.a.
3.	In case borrower/ project is downgraded to Stage - 3 category (NPA) as per Ind-AS, risk charge will be charged from the date of downgrading of account till it is upgraded	0.35% p.a. (i.e., 0.25% + 0.10%)
