The Consultancy Services Dept. of HUDCO has a team of qualified and experienced professionals from diverse background such as architects, planners, landscape experts, geographers, engineers, valuers, GIS expert and other allied professionals that form the core team. The beginning of consultancy services in 1970s was necessitated by the lack of required set of skills and expertise in many governmental agencies who were potential borrowers of HUDCO.
