    The Twin Tunnel Project proposed by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is a flagship urban mobility initiative designed to significantly reduce traffic congestion in Bengaluru through the creation of high-capacity underground transport corridors. The project is being executed through Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Limited (B-SMILE), the dedicated SPV entrusted with delivering large-scale civic infrastructure. HUDCO has extended a loan of ₹9,303.66 Crore to support this transformative development, underscoring its pivotal role in financing complex urban mobility solutions across the country. Once completed, the project is expected to ease surface-level traffic, reduce travel time, improve fuel efficiency, and enhance overall commuter experience, thereby contributing to sustainable urban growth.     The project involves the construction, development, maintenance, and operation of 15 road packages across five districts in the Konkan region of Maharashtra under the Sudharit Hybrid Annuity Model (SHAM), a structured approach designed to improve financial viability and ensure timely delivery of road infrastructure. The initiative is being implemented by the Maharashtra State Industrial Development Corporation (MSIDC) and funded by HUDCO, with a total project funding requirement of ₹2,603.36 Crore. This ensures ultimately improving road connectivity, regional accessibility, and economic development across the Konkan region. The Construction, Development, Maintenance, and Operation of 20 road packages in the Sambhaji Nagar Region is a major infrastructure initiative aimed at strengthening regional connectivity across four districts of Maharashtra. Implemented by the Maharashtra State Industrial Development Corporation (MSIDC) – Sambhaji Nagar Region, the project is valued at ₹3,423 Crore and follows the Sudharit Hybrid Annuity Model (SHAM). The project is positioned to deliver reliable road infrastructure, reduce travel time, and support sustained economic growth in the Sambhaji Nagar region.
  3. Term loan to Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB) for Construction and Development of four fishing harbours at Juvvaladinne, Machilipatnam, Nizampatnam & Uppada in the state of Andhra Pradesh
    The Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB) is accelerating the development of the state’s blue economy through a ₹600 Crore strategic term loan from HUDCO. This funding is dedicated to the construction and modernization of four world-class fishing harbours at Juvvaladinne, Machilipatnam, Nizampatnam, and Uppada.     The Nagpur–Goa (Pavnar–Patradevi) Shaktipeeth Expressway is a transformative greenfield corridor being developed by MSRDC to seamlessly connect central Maharashtra with the Konkan region and Goa, reducing travel time and boosting regional economic integration. HUDCO has sanctioned a loan of ₹12,000 Crore to support this landmark initiative, enabling MSRDC to meet critical upfront development requirements without financial constraints.     Himachal Pradesh Infrastructure Development Board (HPIDB) has availed a loan of ₹2,680 Crore from HUDCO to facilitate the expansion of Kangra Airport at Gaggal, an important regional aviation project designed to enhance connectivity and support the growing tourism and economic potential of Himachal Pradesh. The project will enable larger aircraft operations, improve passenger handling capacity, and strengthen accessibility to the state's key destinations, thereby boosting trade, employment, and tourism-driven livelihoods.
