Transit Oriented Development at 4 locations near Metro Stations in Chennai being taken up by Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited (CMAML) Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited (CMAML) is implementing Transit Oriented Development (TOD) across four prime locations adjoining Chennai Metro stations, aimed at creating vibrant, integrated commercial and urban hubs that strengthen last-mile connectivity and enhance the economic potential of the metro network. HUDCO has extended financial assistance of ₹1,624.34 Crore to support these landmark developments, enabling the creation of modern mixed-use spaces, improved commuter amenities, and high-value urban infrastructure around transit corridors. Term loan for Convention-cum-Exhibition Centre at Dwarka (Yashobhoomi),Delhi India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC) has availed a term loan of ₹500 Crore from HUDCO for developing the Convention-cum-Exhibition Centre at Dwarka, New Delhi—an iconic facility envisioned to host global conferences, trade fairs, and large-format events. This state-of-the-art complex will significantly enhance India’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) capacity, positioning New Delhi as a premier international events destination and boosting tourism, trade, and economic activity. Development of industrial parks and National lnvestment and Manufacturing Zones (NIMZ) in Telangana Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has availed a loan of ₹1,000 Crore from HUDCO for development of industrial parks and National Investment and Manufacturing Zones (NIMZ) across Telangana. HUDCO has sanctioned ₹850 Crore to the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) to develop the Global Industrial Finance and Trade (GIFT) City at Aluva in Ernakulam District.
