Shri M Nagaraj, is the Director(Corporate Planning) of our Company. He is a qualified Cost Accountant & Company Secretary and also a certified Banker having qualification of CAIIB. He holds Post Graduate degree in Management i.e., MBA with Specialisation in Finance.

He has varied experience of over 35 years in multitude of sectors such as Housing, Infrastructure Finance, Skill Development & Micro Finance in Social Sector, and International Trading. He has strong fundamentals in Managerial Capabilities and e-governance for corporate sector.

Prior to joining HUDCO, he was Chairman-cum-Managing Director of PEC Limited (formerly Projects and Equipment’s Corporation of India Limited) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Prior to that, he was Managing Director in National Safai Karmacharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC) under the aegis of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

Before that, he was Director in IIFCL Projects Limited (a group company of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited) and also General Manager in IIFCL under Ministry of Finance, handling the Portfolios of Project Finance especially Take-out Finance Scheme of IIFCL, Board Secretariat, Vigilance Activities, Business Development, etc.

He had started his career with Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) as Management Trainee and worked in various capacities upto Deputy General Manager for about 20 years before joining IIFCL.

Shri M Nagaraj is holding directorship in two unlisted companies other than HUDCO namely: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Nominee Director) and National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (Director).

Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri, (DIN: 06630234) assumed the charge of Director (Finance), HUDCO w.e.f. 14th August, 2024. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri has over 26 years of experience in various Financial Institutions such as REC, SIDBI and NHB. Prior to joining HUDCO, he was working with REC as Executive Director (Finance). He was instrumental in implementation of various systemic improvements in REC. He has diverse experience in core finance functions such as Domestic and International Funds Mobilization, Treasury Management, Project Appraisal, Assets and Liability Management, Risk Function, Financial Concurrence and Formulation of Financial Policies, Contracts and Procurement Management etc.

Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri is not holding directorship in any Company other than HUDCO.

Shri Sanjeet is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) Officer of 1998 batch. Presently he is serving as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India since 12th December, 2022.

Shri Sanjeet, holds Masters and M.Phil. degree(s) in International Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in addition to Master of Business Administration.

Shri Sanjeet has around 27 years of rich, varied and multi-disciplinary experience in the field of Finance & Accounts, Administration, financial appraisal of proposals, Expenditure & Budgetary issues, Tender and Contract management, Procurement & Auction, Policy issues on Pay & Allowances and Audit functions. He has in the past held various important positions in the Indian Railways. Before joining as JS&FA, he was posted as Executive Director in Railway Board. He has also worked as GM F&A in CONCOR, a Railway PSU, Financial Advisor in Northern Railway and Senior Divisional Finance manager, Lucknow.

Shri Sanjeet has attended various training programmes and workshops both domestic and international level. He has attended Advanced Management programme from ISEAD, Singapore and ICLIF, Malaysia. He was part of Finance & Accounts Technical Training Programme at European School of Business, London and Paris. Sh. Sanjeet has also attended Container Terminal Management program at Antwerp, Belgium. He has attended Eighth Annual India unlimited Investors conference at Singapore.

Shri Sanjeet was instrumental in setting up of New Computer Centre in Traffic Accounts Office & implementation of PRIME, disposal of scrap, Clearing of Traffic suspense, for which he has been conferred with various prizes from time to time. He has also been awarded Certificate of Merit from National Institute of Financial Management.

Shri Sanjeet holds directorship in seven companies other than HUDCO namely: NBCC (India) Limited, Hindustan Prefab Ltd., Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited, Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Noida Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. and Gurugram Metro Rail Ltd.

Shri Baldeo Purushartha, is a 2002 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Punjab cadre. He has served in various field and secretariat positions in the Government of Punjab and the Government of India. At present, he is working as Joint Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He also represents the Government of India on the Board of many Central Public Sector Enterprises. He has received award from the Hon’ble Prime Minister for making Chandigarh, the first Million Plus ODF city.

He represents the Government of India on the Board of Indian Railway Station Development Corporation Limited, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Trustee Limited and National Land Monetization Corporation Limited. Apart from above, Shri Baldeo Purushartha also holds directorship in following companies: India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Central Bank of India and AI Assets Holding Limited.

Shri Baldeo Purushartha holds Post Graduate degree from the University of Delhi, India. As Joint Secretary, DEA, he has contributed to and shaped various books on PPP in infrastructure, namely, Reference Guide for setting up State PPP Units; Reference Guide for PPP Project Appraisal; Reference Guide for Project Implementation Mode Selection – Waterfall Framework; Transaction Advisors for PPP Projects: Manual for use of the Panel, etc. He has also written many articles on Infrastructure & PPP in various magazines.

Shri Kantilal Chaturbhai Patel hails from Gujarat and is a Commerce and Law Graduate. He is active social worker and has experience of around 41 years. He has also served as an Independent Director in Western Coalfields Limited.

Shri Kantilal Chaturbhai Patel is holding directorship in one unlisted company other than HUDCO namely: KLIM Estate Owners Association.

Smt. Sabitha Bojan did her Masters in Sociology and M.B.A. in Human Resources and diploma in Co-operation. She has more than 18 years of experience in corporate, education and management field with key positions as state and regional head in various organizations. She is an entrepreneur, a passionate poet & writer and has been awarded ‘Tamizh Chemmal’ State Award (2019) by the Government of Tamil Nadu for her contribution towards Tamil language. She is a social activist and has carried out numerous welfare activities for youth, women and tribal upliftment in coordination with several NGO’s.

Smt. Sabitha Bojan is holding directorship in three companies other than HUDCO namely: Integrated Facility Worx Private Limited, Sayva Foods Private Limited and Universal Fuel Solutions Private Limited.

Dr. Ravindra Kumar Ray, did his graduation from St. Columba’s College, Hazaribag and Master’s degree in History from Ranchi University and Doctorate/ Phd. in History from Vinoba Bhave University, Jharkhand and has more than three decades of teaching experience as lecturer at Vinoba Bhave University, Jharkhand.

Dr. Ravindra Kumar Ray is an active Political & Social worker. He was member of 16th Lok Sabha, Parliament of India, prior to which he was member of Bihar and Jharkhand assembly for two terms and held the position of Cabinet Minister in Government of Jharkhand.
