Aiming New Responsibilities, Looking New Possibilities...

HUDCO, since its establishment in 1970, has focused its activities on providing affordable housing to the economically weaker sections and low-income groups as well as providing basic infrastructure facilities for improving the quality of life of the citizens, especially the poor and the marginalized. Being committed to its contribution to the society as a whole, HUDCO’s activities have constantly been guided by its Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability.

Although HUDCO has been periodically undertaking various CSR & Sustainability activities, including significant disaster rehabilitation efforts, towards having a formal structured CSR policy and thrust areas in line with provisions of Companies Act 2013, HUDCO has created an exclusive budget earmarking a part of its net profits for activities under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The activities under CSR from this exclusive budget are regulated by duly approved CSR Policy of HUDCO.
