Prior to the current role in HUDCO, Shri Tekkam Sridhar was in Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) Limited; he joined as a Trainee Officer and was associated with REC from 1997 to 2024 in various capacities/ assignments, including Senior General Manager (HR) / Regional Business Head. For about 2 years, he was in Pawan Hans, CPSE under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, as Executive Director (HR & Admin.) on lien with REC.

He has more than 31 years of experience in all facets of Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Administration, along with CSR and other allied functions, including heading a business unit of REC at Bhubaneswar. He was also engaged as Faculty/Sr General Manager in RECIPMT (Training Institute of REC Limited at Hyderabad). Before REC, he served for about 2 years each in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Maharatna CPSE, and Educational Consultants India Limited (EdCIL), CPSE under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, in the Human Resource functions.

Smt. Varsha Punhani is an architect-planner with over 35 years of experience in housing and infrastructure finance, architectural and planning consultancy services, research, and capacity building. She has been the course coordinator for several MEA-sponsored Training Programmes for overseas professionals, the Department of Personnel & Training sponsored In-service training programme for Indian Administrative Service officers and the CITYNET Training Programme for middle and senior-level ULB officials.

With extensive field experience garnered from significant roles in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, in addition to her tenure in the Corporate Office, New Delhi, Smt. Punhani brings vast field experience and an understanding of grassroots realities and challenges in the implementation of housing and urban development projects. Her professional interests are diverse including pooled financing for funding infrastructural services, financial strengthening of ULBs and equitable, sustainable, and resilient urban development. Some of the noteworthy projects that she has worked on include the Site Management Plan of the Mahabodhi Temple Complex World Heritage Site, Tourist Circuit Plan for Buddhist sites and Cadastral and GIS-based Development Plans for small and medium-sized towns of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.

Shri Anoop Seth is an architect-planner with over 30 years of experience. He has experience in the field of Project appraisal and monitoring, training, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. In the past, he has worked at Guwahati Regional Office, Dehradun Regional Office, Operations Wing and CSR Wing of the HUDCO Corporate Office. Currently, he is heading the Centre for Project Development and Management at HSMI.

As a Civil Engineer with more than 29 years of work experience in housing and urban development project formulation, financing, appraisal, monitoring, and default resolution, he has worked in HUDCO Regional Offices at Patna, Chennai, and Kolkata. Some of the prestigious projects he has managed include the 2 X 250 MW Barauni Thermal Power Plant Scheme at Barauni, Bihar, and JP Ganga Setu, Patna (popularly known as Marine Drive) in Patna, Bihar. At HSMI, Shri Deepak Kumar Jha is heading the Centre for Urban Poverty, Slums, and Livelihoods (CUP).

Shri Atul Kumar Shrivastav is an urban economist with more than 31 years of experience in the field of housing and urban development. He previously worked in the Economic Policy Analysis Cell of HUDCO before joining HSMI as Joint General Manager (Economics) and Fellow. His current work profile at HSMI includes coordinating training and capacity-building activities for key stakeholders in the urban sector. At HSMI, he heads the Centre for Affordable Housing.

Smt. Neetu B Malhotra is an architect with specialisation in Urban Planning, having work experience of over 23 years. She has worked as a Project Associate in the Urban Planning Department of SPA-Delhi, RITES on the New satellite township Project- Ranka, Gangtok, and the Feasibility report of Rehabilitation Schemes for the MRTS project.
In HUDCO, she has worked in the Design and Development Wing and has been actively involved in the planning and design of a variety of projects. She has also worked on several projects in the field of office design, institutional and housing schemes, Tourist Development projects and preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for BSUP/IHSDP projects. Currently, she heads the Centre for Sustainable Habitat at HSMI. She coordinates and conducts the training programmes for HUDCO, ULBs and overseas professionals.

Shashank Kumar Verma is a civil engineer with experience in diverse backgrounds spanning entrepreneurship, digital marketing management, sales, and business development. He has worked as Head of Sales and Business Development at Giglue Music Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering company in the industry. Currently, at HSMI, he is part of the Centre for Sustainable Habitat and assists in the coordination of training programmes.

Ms. Tuhina Rana is a Human Resource Management and Administration Trainee Officer with specialisation in Human Resources. She has worked as an Assistant Manager (Human Resources and Administration) at West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited for one year. During her tenure at WBSETCL, she was responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations. At HSMI, she is part of the Centre for Project Development and Management and is involved in the processing of HUDCO Chair and R&D studies along with coordination of training programmes.

Smt. Siddhima Tripathi is an architect and urban planner, having work experience of over 7 years. She has worked as an Architect and Urban Planner at CRISIL Risk Infrastructure Advisory. At HSMI, she is a part of the Centre of Urban Poverty, Slums and Livelihoods, and has been actively involved in coordinating training programs for in-house HUDCO staff, and international professionals. She has contributed to designing program schedules and sessions for various training initiatives.

Shri Shiv Kumar is an Architect and Transport Planner with over 6 years of experience in Transport Planning. He has worked as an Architect and Urban Transport Planner at EDMAC India. During his tenure at EDMAC, he worked on the project on Technical Assistance for the redevelopment of the railway station and ISBT. At HSMI, he is a part of the Centre for Affordable Housing. He is actively involved in coordinating training programs for in-house HUDCO staff and international professionals. He has contributed to designing program schedules and sessions for various training programmes.
