Term loans are offered to Central and State Governments, parastatals bodies, Corporates and Joint sector Agencies for repairs and renewal of Houses which mainly consists of structural repairs to old / dilapidated building under following categories:

• Strengthening of Structures.
• Re-laying or repairs to roof.
• Replacement / repairs to sanitary and water supply lines and fixtures.
• Any other works essential for maintaining the building in sound condition as per Municipal byelaws.
• Provision for essential amenities to the residents etc.
