Department of Official Language, Town Official Language Implementation Committee (Office-2), ONGC Dehradun, GoI, Ministry of Home Affairs, first half yearly meeting of 2023-24 was held on 30.06.2023 at Hotel LP., Vilas, Dehradun. In this meeting, Regional Office Dehradun of HUDCO was honored with the “First Prize” (Shield and Citation) for the year 2022-23 by the Member Secretary, Department of Official Language, Narakas, for the excellent work being done in Hindi, which was received by Regional Head, Mr Sanjay Bhargava, Mr Ashok Kumar Lalwani and Mr Balram Singh Chauhan.

India’s longest expressway - The Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, also known as Mumbai-Nagpur expressway, constructed by Nagpur Mumbai Super Communication Expressway Ltd. (NMSCEL) funded by HUDCO, as one of the members of Consortium was inaugurated on 11th December 2022 by our Hon’ble PMO India Shri Narendra Modi.The Certificate of Appreciation duly signed by Hon’ble Chief Minister and Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra recognizing the contributions of HUDCO towards Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg was presented to Shri M Nagraj, DCP along with Shri V T Subramanian, Regional Chief and team, Mumbai.

HUDCO was felicitated by Waste Warriors for contribution in the Solid Waste Management Sector Regional Chief - Dehradun received the award from Mr. Vishal K Kumar, CEO, Waste Warriors and Jodie Underhill, Co-founder member, Waste Warriors.

Waste Warriors Organization is working in solid waste management in Himalayan Region and has successfully completed 10 years of its formation. Notably Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) has supported SWM Projects of Nagar Nigam Haldwani - Kathgodam, Nagar Palika Almora and recently Project of Nagar Nigam Dehradun under Corporate Social Responsibility.

सूरत गुजरात में 14-15 सितम्बर 2022 को आयोजित हिंदी दिवस कार्यक्रम एवं द्वितीय आखिल भारतीय राजभाषा सम्मेलन के मंच पर राजभाषा विभाग को विशेष सहयोग देने के लिए हडको को राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा मंच पर सम्मानित किया गया |

हडको, अहमदाबाद क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय को वर्ष 2021-22 के दौरान राजभाषा कार्यान्वयनके क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट निष्पादन के लिए नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्‍वयन समिति (नराकास),अहमदाबाद द्धारा द्धितीय पुरुस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। यह पुरुस्कार नराकास,अहमदाबाद की भौतिक अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला (पी.आर.एल.) में दिनांक 28.07.2022को आयोजित 79वीं बैठक में दिया गया ।

राजभाषा के प्रभावीकार्यान्वयन के लिए पुरुस्कार स्वरुपशील्ड एंव प्रशस्ति पत्र श्रीमती निशिगर्ग, क्षेत्रीय प्रमुख, हडको अहमदबाद एंवश्रीमती स्वाति दासानी, वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक(सचिवीय) एंव हिन्दी नोडल अधिकारी नेप्राप्त किया । उल्लेखनीय है किराजभाषा नीति के प्रशस्य कार्यान्वयन केलिए हडको, अहमदाबाद को पिछले तीनवर्षों से लगातार नराकास, अहमदाबादद्धारा पुरुस्कार से सम्मानित किया गयाहै ।

हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय, भोपाल को नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन सिमित (उपक्रम), भोपाल द्वारा राजभाषा हिंदी की अर्द्ववार्षिक प्रगति रिपोट की समीक्षा के आधार पर राजभाषा के क्षेत्र में किये गये उत्कृष्ट कार्य के फलस्वरूप वर्ष 2021-2022 के लिए द्वितीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया ।

श्री सत्यानंद राजहंस, अध्यक्ष, नराकास (उपक्रम) भोपाल द्वारा दिनांक 18 फरवरी, 2022 को एनएचडीसी लिमिटेड, सॉची सभागृह, श्यामला हिल्स, भोपाल में आयोजित 45 वीं बैठक के दौरान हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय को राजभाषा शील्ड एवं प्रशस्ति -पत्र प्रदान किया गया ।

टोलिक (उपक्रम) तिरुवनंतपुरम द्वारा वर्ष 2020-21 के अंतर्गत हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय, तिरुवनंतपुरम को राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में सर्वश्रेष्ठ कार्य निष्पादन हेतु प्रथम स्थान मिलने पर टोलिक चल वैजयंती , राजभाषा शील्ड और श्रेष्ठता प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हुआ। इसके अलावा क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय के गृह पत्रिका “संकल्प” को दुसरा स्थान पर टोलिक राजभाषा वैजयंती और श्रेष्ठता प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हुआ।

नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (उपक्रम), गुवाहाटी की 58वीं बैठक में टोलिक द्वारा दिनांक 09.12.2021 को आयोजित बैठक में रिफाइनरी राजभाषा शील्ड योजना के अंतर्गत हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय गुवाहाटी को वर्ष 2020-2021 के दौरान में सर्वश्रेष्ठ कार्य निष्पादन हेतु प्रथम पुरस्कार महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियों के लिए हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय गुवाहाटी को प्राप्त हुआ ।

वर्ष 2018-2019 एवं 2019-2020 के दौरान राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा दक्षिण व दक्षिण पश्चिम क्षेत्रीयो में स्थित केंद्र सरकार कायार्लयो/बैंको/उन्कर्मे की श्रृंखला में हडको क्षेत्रीय कायार्लय तिरुवनंतपुरम को प्रथम आने पर पुरस्कृत किया गया | राजभाषा विभाग की सयुंक्त सचिव डॉ. मीनाक्षी जौली की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार 04.12.2021 को गृह मंत्रालय , भारत राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा डॉ. होमी भाभा कन्वेशन सेंटर ऑडिटोरियम , हैदराबाद में आयोजित सयुंक्त क्षेत्रीय राजभाषा सम्मेलन के अवसर पर परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग के वशिष्ट वैज्ञानिक व अध्यक्ष एवं मुख्य कायार्लय डॉ. दिनेश श्रीवास्तव के कर कमलों से राजभाषा शील्ड प्राप्त की।

दिल्ली स्थित केन्द्रीय सरकार के कार्यालयों में हिन्दी को बढाने की दिशा में हडको को सौंपी गयी जिम्मेदारी के अंतर्गत, हडको की अध्यक्षता में कार्यरत नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (नराकास), दिल्ली उपक्रम-2 को उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन और कार्यनिष्पादन हेतु [मुख्य अतिथि: श्री नित्यानंद राय, माननीय केन्द्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री, कार्यक्रम अध्यक्ष: श्री अजय कुमार मिश्रा, माननीय केन्द्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री, सचिव एवं संयुक्त सचिव (राजभाषा), गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के कर-कमलों से] श्री एम. नागराज, निदेशक, कारपोरेट प्लानिंग तथा श्री अशोक कुमार, सदस्य सचिव को क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर “क” क्षेत्र हेतु वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए “नराकास क्षेत्रीय तृतीय पुरस्कार” से सम्मानित किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम 27 नवम्बर, 2021 को कानपुर में आयोजित किया गया।

नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (उपक्रम), हैदराबाद- सिकंदराबाद की 54वीं अर्धवार्षिक बैठक में कमोडोर सिद्धार्थ मिश्रा, अध्यक्ष और प्रबंध निदेशक, बी डी एल एवं श्री सुमित देब, सी एम डी, एनएमडीसी लिमिटेड हैदराबाद के कर कमलों से राजभाषा शील्ड प्राप्त की।

दिनांक 14 सितम्बर 2021 - विज्ञान भवन में आयोजित हिंदी दिवस समारोह में हडको को राजभाषा क्षेत्र में उतकृष्ट प्रदर्शन हेतु 2020-21 के लिए द्वितीय राजभाषा कीर्ति पुरुस्कार (नराकास श्रेणी) प्राप्त हुआ । यह पुरुस्कार राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार दवारा केन्द्रीय गृह और सहकारिता मंत्री, श्री अमित शाह जी की उपस्थिति मे श्री कामरान रिज़वी, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, हडको ने ग्रहण किया।

Greentech CSR Awards are presented to companies/organizations demonstrating highest level of commitment to CSR activities. The award aims to recognize exemplary CSR activities and the evidence of their positive impact to community.

HUDCO has been conferred “6th Annual Greentech CSR Award 2018 - Gold Category” in service sector for outstanding achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The prestigious award was presented to HUDCO representative during the “6th Annual Greentech CSR Conference” held at Taj Vivanta, Panaji, Goa on 26th February, 2019.

Technology Sabha eGovernance Awards were given away to Government department / agency / institution in categories: enterprise applications (ERP, SCM and CRM), analytics & big data, enterprise mobility, storage, cloud, Unified Communications, Data Centers, Artificial Intelligence etc.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD HUDCO was conferred in Enterprise Applications category for Technological - Transformation of CLSS. Event was held in Kochi, Kerala on 14th -16th Feb, 2019.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD HUDCO, received the ‘Digital Leader Awards forExcellence’ from the Indian Express Group, under the ‘Enterprise Applications’and ‘Unified Communications’ categories, for successful pan-Indiaimplementation of these initiatives.

HUDCO received ISO 9001:2015 certificate for Quality Management System for its full range of activities covering project and retail financing services, resource mobilization for funding, consultancy, training, research and networking in human settlement planning and management from M/s United Registrar of System (URS) Certification Ltd on 14.09.2018 and valid till 13.09.2021. The major changes which have been introduced in HUDCO’s Quality Management System are Increased emphasis on seeking opportunities for improvement, enhanced leadership involvement in the management system and Risk-based thinking. The organization now periodically identifies and assesses risks for optimum allocation of its resources. Earlier HUDCO had received ISO 9001:2000 certificate for quality management for its full range of activities from M/s Bureau Veritas Certification (BVQI) on 18.11.2006. This certificate was valid up to 1st. October, 2009. HUDCO got recertified with upgraded version of ISO 9001:2008 for quality management in September 2009, for its full range of activities by M/s Indian Register Quality System (IRQS), Mumbai. This certificate was valid up to 29TH September 2012. HUDCO had been further recertified as an ISO 9001:2008 Company for quality management for its full range of activities by IRQS, Mumbai in September 2012 and was valid up to 29th. September 2015. Again the recertification of ISO 9001:2008 has been done by M/s URS certification Ltd. and was valid up-to 14th. September 2018.

Dr M. Ravi Kanth CMD HUDCO, congratulated the winning HUDCO women’s table tennis teams, that secured the first and third position in the women’s doubles event.

Ms. Poonam B. Rajpal and Ms. Vindhyavasini Pandey won the first prize and Ms. Poonam Sharma and Ms. R. Rajamma were declared second runners up; the mixed doubles team of Ms. Poonam B. Rajpal and Mr. Neeraj Singh (TERI) was declared the runner up; Ms. Vindhyavasini Pandey was the second runner up in the women’s singles category.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD HUDCO received the prestigious ‘Technology Sabha Award’ from Shri Srikanth RP, Editor, Express Computer, Indian Express Group at Indore. The award was conferred on HUDCO for its successful pan-India implementation of video conferencing solutions under ‘Unified Communication’ category. Dr. M Ravi Kanth also delivered the keynote address on the occasion.

CMD HUDCO, Dr. M.Ravi Kanth received “Rajbhasha Kirti Purskar” from Hon’ble President of India on 14th September, 2017 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. This award was conferred to HUDCO for its outstanding execution of official language policy in the organization.

Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, CMD HUDCO received the Governance Now PSU Award2016, presented by Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, Hon’ble Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Shri Babul Supriyo, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises and Shri Jitendra Kapoor, Legendary actor who was the Guest of honour at the award function for honouring the efforts of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), vital to India’s overall economic growth. The ‘value growth award’was conferred on to HUDCO for being a growth-oriented company.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD, HUDCO received the prestigious Kalinga Khordha Samman of Khordha Zilla Lok Utsav – 2016 in recognition of his discipline and vision in serving the people in various positions he held, as a committed officer of the Indian Administrative Service. The award also acknowledged the contribution of Dr. M. Ravi Kanth for taking HUDCO to new heights.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, Chairman and Managing Director received Bureaucracy Today – CSR Excellence Award 2016 for HUDCO, given by Shri Anant Geete, Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister for Heavy Industries and Department of Public Enterprises.

The award was aimed at honoring the efforts of CPSEs for effective Corporate Social Responsibility.

HUDCO Men’s team won the 16th edition of the India Habitat Centre Table Tennis Tournament and Women’s team became runners‐up. A total of 22 teams from various institutions at India Habitat Centre participated in men category and 7 teams participated in women category. HUDCO actively participated in both the categories by sending many teams, and men’s team comprising of Shri Tarun Ghosh and Shri Virender won the trophy.

HUDCO women’s team comprising of Ms. Poonam Baweja and Ms. Kamlesh Padmanathan became runners‐up. The trophies were presented by the Director, IHC in the distinguished presence of CMD, HUDCO and other heads of institutions in India Habitat Centre.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, CMD, received the ‘3rd Governance Now PSU Award’ on behalf of HUDCO for Value Growth (in the Miniratna 1 category) under the ‘Financial Category Awards’. The award was given away by Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Minister of State for Railways, Government of India, during a function held at New Delhi. Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, Hon’ble Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India also graced the occasion.

The Award was aimed at honoring the efforts of Public Sector Undertakings that have been vital to India’s overall economic growth.

HUDCO received ”5th Annual Green Tech CSR Award, 2015” - “GOLD AWARD” for Out Standing Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under Services Category from Green Tech Foundation, New Delhi. On behalf of HUDCO, ED (Hyderabad) had received the “5th Annual Green Tech CSR Award, 2015” - “GOLD AWARD” in Services Sector for Out Standing Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for FY 2014-15 from Green Tech Foundation, New Delhi during the 16th Annual Sustainability & CSR Conference & EXPO 2015 held on 28th November, 2015 at Cyberabad Convention Centre, Novotel & HICC Complex, (Near Hitec City), Hyderabad.

Elets Technomedia along with SCOPE presented the 2nd Annual PSU Summit Awards on 26 August, 2015 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi. The summit deliberated on the contribution of Public Sector Enterprises to the economic growth of the country. The summit was participated by various key stakeholders from the leading PSU’s of the country as well as policy makers along with industry leaders.

HUDCO’s two IT initiatives i.e. Intranet & Web Portal and Digitization activities were adjudged among the best projects in respective categories and bagged two Awards. Sh Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation along with Dr P Jayapal, Sr ED from HUDCO were present in the event.

Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO was awarded the ‘Legend CMD of the Year Award – 2014’ and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) was presented the ‘Legend PSU of the Year Award – 2014’ by News Ink under the ‘Legend PSU shining Award – 2014’. These Awards are an initiative of PSU Khabar which is India’s No. 1 News Portal in PSU Segment.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, Chairman and Managing Director, Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) received the ‘Udyog Ratan Award’ constituted by Delhi Telugu Academy. The award was given away by H.E. Sri Om Prakash Kohli, Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat during the Ugadi Celebration function held at New Delhi on 15th March, 2015. Sri Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati, Hon’ble Minister for Civil Aviation graced the occasion.

A prominent exhibition on Building Materials, Technologies & Services, Real Estate and Housing Finance’

HUDCO BUILD-TECH 2014 Pavilion has been adjudged Third for Excellence in Display in the 34th India International Trade Fair 2014 held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, in the category – PSUs, EPCs, Commodity Boards and Banks.

Dr. M Ravi Kanth, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO received the BRONZE MEDAL on 27th November 2014 in a glittering function amid much fanfare.

The Build-Tech exhibition showcased a magnificent display of HUDCO’s contribution in sustainable urban development focusing on funding of housing & infrastructure projects as well as innovative consultancy assignments in architecture, planning, utilization of cost effective and sustainable building materials, technologies and Services, Disaster Rehabilitation, as well as energy efficient Green Buildings, etc. The exhibition also displayed the work done through HUDCO’s active participation in Government of India programmes, such as JNNURM and RAY by way of providing appraisal and consultancy services.

Besides, various companies from Building Material manufacturing industry, Real Estate, Interiors and Housing Finance also participated in Hudco Build Tech 2014. HUDCO pavilion has always earned a tremendous response from National and International visitors including professionals from diversified fields like Architecture, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Civil Engineers and consultants from various fields. Moreover, trade delegations from abroad; captains of the industry, Chief Executives of Organizations, opinion makers, Technocrats, Govt. Officials also graced the show.

HUDCO received the India Today PSU’s Award 2014 in the category of Mini Ratna for Best in HR Practices by the Hon’ble Minister Sh. Ram Vilas Paswan, Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution in the month of August 2014.
